Each new member will have received login information when the account was set up. To access your personal account you simply login using these details on our home page www.vanquotes.ie. If you do not know your login details or have forgotten your password you can retrieve this information by following the instructions on the login page.
After you log in you will be able to access all the areas on your account. By clicking on my account you can see your current settings.
You can edit any of these settings to suit your daily and weekly needs by selecting edit on the bottom of this page. If you need to make multiple selections simply hold down the “Ctrl” button on your computer and click on your selection choices. When you have finished click update.
The bottom two pages on your account deal with costs. Here, you can see exactly what you have been charged, for each job you requested the details of and were successful in purchasing. Remember if you do not respond to the texts sent you will not be charged. Your only expense will have been the cost of the text (15cts). This text charge is only charged once per lead. The cost of the job will always be in the text, this is what you will be charged, only if you respond to the text and were successful in the purchase of the customer details.
The text will quote a job id, for example 351. To get the details of the job (phone number/address/names/job details) you must text vanquotes (Job id), for example, vanquotes 351 to 51444 . You can do this by simply replying vanquotes 351 to the text. You are not competing with every member of van quotes for this job. Only the first 4 members who reply to the text will get the details. Some jobs only one or two apply. The 5th and following members who apply will not receive the details and will not be charged. A maximum of 4 members will get the details and contact the customer.
My balance/making a payment
In my account you will be able to see your current balance. To top-up your balance go to make payment. A drop down menu will allow you to purchase various amounts of credit. Choose any amount and press pay now. You will be directed to a PayPal page with simple instructions.
PayPay is proud of being the most secure money transfer system on the internet used by most credible online retailers. All information is secure and if you have any questions you can call PayPay Ireland on 01 4369004. After you top-up, your account will be credited by that amount. We at www.vanquotes.ie do not get any credit card information and don’t pass personal details to anyone.
We encourage all members to read our tips on the home page which will help you in approaching a customer. Pricing should allow you to cover all costs and a fair wagefor your professional service. We will not tolerate what we consider below cost quoting and if members are pricing below cost for jobs we will contact them and if it persists delete their details from the system.
If a customer requests a quote via mail not by phone and you are not in a position to reply by mail why not send them a text and let them know you will send them a quote later by mail. At least they will know to expect a quote and they are not likely to accept the first quote they receive. Make contact and let them know you will get back.
